Whew! I was much sorer than I expected to be. My glutes were screaming today and my upper body hurts but I hung in there and finished a 30 min workout. I switched it up today and did a core strength workout and even though we weren't jumping around the slow controlled movements with high repetitions were enough to get my blood pumping and my heart rate up there. I know I'll feel better after a few more days of this. I like switching routines and trying something different everyday. How is your day 2going?
I have to go get some more fruit for my juicer....I'm all out.
